For a long time I've had the unsettling urge to create something design and fitness related which would bring value to the lives of other people. I couldn't quite figure out what that might be...
Then, in 2019, I completed my 1st marathon on my 37th birthday. This achievement brought a wave of inspiration over me. It was something which I thought was unattainable, just a few years prior. It taught me, more than ever, that with enough persistence and training (mentally, physically, and spiritually), anything is achievable. Wanting to share this with the world, I launched my latest creative project known as The Training Journey. It became my way of helping people in their walk towards personal wellness through guided planners, good habits and achievable goals. |
